Cost: $6500

We offer the area to you from noon – 6pm the day prior to your event and from 10am – midnight the day of your event.  This allows you time to rehearse, set up, and enjoy some quiet time the day before and no rushing the day of your event.  Majestic Oaks provides tables and chairs for up to 175 guests but can go up to 250 for an additional fee.  We charge $6500 for the use of the facility.  Please feel free to call or text for an in-person appointment so we can help you make your dreams come true.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit for the facility and catering is due upon booking to secure your date. The facility deposit is $3,250.00. This deposit is applied to the total balance.

Pricing

The facility rental price is $6,500.00 for up to 225 guests. The cost increases to a minimum of $10,000.00 for events larger than 225 persons and the maximum number of guests allowed is 275. Tables and chairs are included for up to 175, after 175 there is a per table per chair charge.

Facility Security Deposit

A facility damage deposit of $750.00 is due 14 days prior to the event. The event contact will be responsible for any damage over the $750.00 deposit.

Payments

 Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the event date. This payment must be made in cash or in guaranteed funds i.e. cashier’s check or certified check.

Facility Time Allotment

You can use Majestic Oaks outdoor facility from 12PM to 6PM the day prior to your event and up to 12AM the evening of your event. This time frame allows you to be able to set up, rehearse and clean up all decorations, table settings/linens, etc. Entry time on the day of the event will be determined based on the event start time. Majestic Oaks does not set up, take down or clean up after your event.

Music

There is no amplified music allowed past 10:00PM in accordance with the City of Waterford’s zoning ordinance.

Alcohol

Beer, wine, and champagne are permitted. If you choose to have these items for your event you are responsible for items necessary for distribution of said beverages (i.e., cups, bottle openers etc.) Hard alcohol is not allowed unless mutually agreed upon. Bottles are strictly prohibited.

Security

Security needs are established at the discretion of Majestic Oaks.

Facility & Guest Behavior

All event contacts will be responsible for the behavior of their guests. Should damage to the facility be incurred during your event the charges will be assessed by Majestic Oaks and billed to the event contact. Majestic Oaks reserves the right to discontinue events should a guest’s conduct warrant it.

Decorations

Please consult Majestic Oaks with your decoration plans for approval. Rice and confetti are strictly prohibited.

Overtime Charges

There will be a charge of $250.00 per hour or any part of an hour thereafter 6pm the day prior to your event and midnight the day of your event.

Damage OR Loss

Majestic Oaks does not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of any vehicles, merchandise, or chattels left at Majestic Oaks prior to, during or following an event. The personal belongings of the client, wedding party, and all guests must be removed from the premises at the close of the event.

Insurance Requriement

Private parties must provide a certificate of insurance for the event. The contact agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and name as additional insured Majestic Oaks for the event. Contact agrees to provide liability coverage in the minimum amount of $300,000.00 per occurrence. A copy must be provided to Majestic Oaks 14 days prior to the event.

Photo Release

Majestic Oaks reserves the right to use photos of events and people in attendance for display, publication and in promotional materials or training.
